Paula Delgado is the President and Founder of Paula’s Bookkeeping Service. Over the years she has worked as a bookkeeper for a public accounting firm and as a bookkeeper or Staff Accountant for several small and large private companies.

Paula started Paula’s Bookkeeping Service in 2005 after leaving a management job in the Accounting Department at a large industrial firm. She thought, “I need to get back to doing what I love the most, small business accounting”.

Paula’s love and passion is to work with small business owners to help them understand and better control their bottom line. This will help their business experience the growth they envisioned.

Our Team

Paula’s Bookkeeping Service is supported by 3 other bookkeepers, Sabrina and Dominique and Monique, who are excellent at what they do. We all work remotely so the best way to catch us is by email.

Sabrina has been working for Paula’s Bookkeeping Service for the past 3.5 years. She attained her LTP License in 2008 (Licensed Tax Preparer), which requires 80 hours of approved courses before the state exam. She is currently working part-time for Paula’s Bookkeeping Service. She also works part-time during tax season for a tax service company. Sabrina is very good at what she does. She is very detail oriented. Her tax knowledge is a great asset to the company because she knows exactly what our client’s CPA or tax accountants want to see.

Dominique has worked for Paula for 6 years, where she’s learned a lot. She loves data entry, and we love having her! “To me bookkeeping is fun. I enjoy the precision it takes to keep our clients records up-to-date. I like to work hard and can move through my job with speed and accuracy. I stay busy in life and give 100% of myself to all projects I begin.”
